 Happy birthday to me :)

Mom, sis  and boyf gave me a birthday call at sharp 12:00 am :)
Dad purposely woke up and gave me a birthday text which made me cry.
So touched by his text. I'm so proud to be his daughter :')

Its my 21st, the year people would go crazy off, planning large barbeque hang outs, grand birthday parties or hitting the club as they're officially and legally allowed to. But as for me, I just want to go home. To celebrate with my family and boyf :(
#I want to see all of them so badly.

I felt that today was no difference from any other day.
It was just another plain Saturday.
I don't feel any joy.
I don't even feel its my birthday,
UNTILLL .............

(1) I saw a cute present hiding in my cupboard!
Thank you Suet Ee ❤

Somehow its not receiving the present that made me felt happy, but the cuteness in the face of this box-man, the sincerely written letter and having a friend like her :)
Thank you so much!
You're one of the reason I am still surviving (happily) in Unimas.

I'm very thankful and grateful for having a best friend like you :)

(2) receiving birthday text from Ivy and Jane!
LOL! These girls are so innocently cute, and made my day by sending me funny birthday messages.
Thank you sweethearts for making me laugh the moment I opened my eyes and read the text.

(3) Getting calls from my bffs
You don't know how nice it felt to hear your voices! :')

4) Having Suet Ee, Ken, Jagath, Anselm and Chin Liang to accompany me on this special day of mine :)

Its a different birthday, compared to the previous years.
I always had noisy celebrations.
This year turned out to be a silent one.
Spending my time with them in the library :)
Don't get me wrong. I enjoyed the silence, and the new company.
But when Im back, I want my cake!

#boyf, you better read this! :P

Welcoming Kekal
An event meant to raise funds and attract Allamandians to join us in learning native and modern dance.

The only three Chinese girls in this group :)

From left, Eleana (Sabahan) , Me (KL-ian) , Bibi (Sabahan) , Vynter (KL-ian)

Kirol and I :)
Happy 21st on 21st March! :)

Steph! :) a local girl.
Friendly and sweet :)

My costume twin, Dorothy and her bestfriend, Annie!
They've helped me so much to wear this costume :)

Lastly, my kaki makan ; Vynter the prettiest "Malay" I've seen :D

I know I look hideous in this outfit.
Mind me, its me, not the outfit.
The costume was really a beautiful piece.
Hand-sew beads everywhere.
And let me tell you, its one heavy piece to wear on!
But, I'm happy that I've at least worn one of the native's costume.
There are many other beautiful pieces, and I love them all!

Blogging from library :)

Uni life.
Life has improve recently.
Maybe because I've learned to care less and live more.
Have a group of jovial guy friends and two lovely ladies to keep me living.
I've started to understand more, what it means to 'appreciate'.
Life here isn't as bad as I thought it was.
Wasn't as lonely as I thought I am :)
Will be taking part in an Iban dance for a welcoming event for my 'kolej' XD
So excited to take part in something new :D

# Hopefully, things will get even better in the future :)

Friends.
One of my bff has recently flew to Melbourne.
And I couldn't attend the farewell party.
Really upset on that night, and felt so lonely here in my room.
But, looking at the conversations in watsapp made me felt better.
I don't know is it me, but I'm feeling the distance between me and my four girls.
I don't like this feeling.
I want to go back soon and spend time with you girls :)

# I miss the old us, back in high school days.

Sabah.
Everyone knows about the latest hot issue ; Sabah.
I cannot believe that its actually happening.
But, I pray that things will get better. I pray for the affected families and for the departed to rest in peace.
I pray that Malaysia will remain how is was; peaceful.

#  Pray that it ends soon and the affected families to seek solace from God.
