Got my first very own lappie :D
Although its not that pricey, nor that pretty,
I got it with my own hard-earned salary :)
Thanks to boyf who did all the talking and questioning, all I have to do is nod :P
There is no doubt I'm the dumbest person on earth when it comes to IT.
Even my boyf says so.
But how could he say that? Right? Like how could he? :((
Anyway, I couldn't be bothered cause IT isn't really my thing :P

With a month and a few days left before my departure date, I have so many pending plans and things to do.
Every day, trying to jot down things I need to prepare to make sure I have all the sufficient necessities to keep me alive in a stranger's land.
The only thing I'm very worried about is the wi-fi coverage.
Other than that, nothing much I'm actually worried of except my usual home-sick syndrome.


Keeping my fingers crossed, hopefully September to December will pass by without me realizing it.
Hopefully I will be able to concentrate and keep up with lectures and tutorials and I'm praying real hard that I  do not have to come across Maths T again. My biggest nightmare. Why cant they keep Maths as simple as it is?

1 + 1 = 2 as easy as ABC, no?

Eager to get there yet afraid of the challenges I'm about to face soon.
After so many stress-free months, I hope I will be able to handle everything there.

Be glad.

Do what is right, and not what you like.

That was what I saw when I had to start my next horrible day after receiving the acceptance into UNIMAS.

I take it as a sign from God.

Usually, reminders and notes will be written on that white board.

But on that particular day, that was the only quote written on the huge white board.

As if God is speaking to me.

Seriously, it changed my mood.

I start to look at the acceptance offer from the bright side.

Maybe it's a chance for me to explore?Although I haven't been away from home.

For the first 2 days, I was a walking zombie.

Emotionless.

Everything seemed blank

I had to force out a laugh or giggle whenever someone made a joke.

I forced my self to look fine, to look okayy or happy when someone congratulated me.

But the deep down, I was trying real hard to refrain from crying. 

Now, I've started to accept the fact that I'm leaving for Sarawak real soon.

"Haiya, take the chance to explore la!"

"Dont worry lah! Its only gonna be 3 years!"

That's what everyone told me. 

But, I'm a very homily girl.

I love playing out but starts missing home once the sun goes down.

Yep. I have to learn to be independent now.

No more crying.

No more complaining 'I don't wanna go'.

My boyf will support me :)

He'll be there for me.

My family will be there for me.

So, everything is gonna be just fine.

Thankfully, UNIMAS has lots of holidays.

Like seriously, thank GOD.

What I really really really hope is :

a) AirAsia provides cheaper rates so that I can fly as often as I can

b) UNIMAS's lecturers, pretty please follow the academic calendar.

c) Good wifi so that I dont have to get a broadband. *YES4G, hurry up & get coverage for Sarawak*

Congratulations to those accepted.

To those that did not get, fret not.

Appeal, or look for alternatives.

I believe UTAR is a good choice as its very affordable :)

It is one of the best days I had in 2012.

Things went pretty smoothly for my family 

and boyf purposely came back to celebrate his 21st birthday with me :)

Happy Birthday Babe :) 

After surprising him at KL Central, we went out for a date on the very next morning itself :)

As far as I remember, she don't look like this .

Its ridiculous how much the service tax can cost you.

It can cost up to RM 10 when the only thing they do is collecting the order list from you. 

Headed to Secret Recipe for tea-time.

Very very disappointed with their cake.

Ordered a piece of chocolate cake and it was dry and hard *frown*

But the blueberry cheese cake was alright.

Secret Recipe should take note on their quality regardless peak or off-peak period.

Luckily, I enjoyed their coffee :)

Coffee Bean on the other hand satisfied me with their moist, mouth-watering dark chocolate cake :D *happy*

Boyf still wants me to cook although he ate a lot.

A surprise for boyf :)

He's back :)
Heh! And as a birthday gift, I surprised him :P
I was kinda late.
So I drove all the way to Dato Keramat station and took the train to KL Central.
and I just realised that my sense of direction is so poor, especially at night.
I just don't know where I was, but kept stepping on the accelerator and moving forward.
Anyway, then I hide behind a big pole while waiting for him to walk out from ETS station.
Boyf was surely happy to see me laa :P

Then we went for dinner and I sent him back.
The Malay restaurant was really nice, food was above average and pricing was definitely reasonable.
The cooling weather is another plus point :)

Having him back in KL definitely make me feel good :)
At least, I get to be with him for a few days before our next meet up :)

The surprise is more than enough :)

I love pictures, simply because they do not change, even when the people in it, do. 

Two days ago, I dreamt I walked in to my form 5 classroom, 5 Azam.
I walked in, and Puan Hasnawiah asked, 'why are you late Caryn?'.
I just smiled and walked to my place, right beside Jiali and sat.
On my left, Pavitira was laughing as usual.
Juyi and Boonaun was talking and laughing loudly.
Malay girls around were giggling.
Everything seemed so real.
As if I was really there, except the fact that I'm not.

I guess its just how much I missed schooling life.
High school friends.
Stupid jokes we cracked all day, craps we talked and nonsense we do in class.
Although the school compound isn't as big as college and no words could describe how horrible the canteen food were.
But, it din't really matter so much.
Maybe because we were having fun?
Like real fun.
Now I really understand my parents' words when they said, 'schooling time is the best time of life'.
Sigh.

How I wish I could enter Form 5 once again and live through it once more.

Man Vs Woman

1. MULTI-TASKING (true)
Women - Multiple process
Womens brains designed to concentrate multiple task at a time.
Women can Watch a TV and Talk over phone and cook.
Men - Single Process
Mens brains designed to concentrate only one work at a time. Men can not watch TV and talk over the phone at the same time. they stop the TV while Talking. They can either watch TV or talk over the phone or cook.

2. LANGUAGE (true)
Women can easily learn many languages. But can not find solutions to problems. Men can not easily learn languages, they can easily solve problems. That's why in average a 3 years old girl has three times higher vocabulary than a 3 yeard old boy.

3. ANALYTICAL SKILLS (true)
Mens brains has a lot of space for handling the analytical process. They can analyze and find the solution for a process and design a map of a building easily. But If a complex map is viewed by women, they can not understand it. Women can not understand the details of a map easily, For them it is just a dump of lines on a paper.

4. CAR DRIVING (I don't think its true. Some of them suck at driving :))
While driving a car, mans analytical spaces are used in his brain. He can drive a car fastly. If he sees an object at long distance, immediately his brain classifies the object (bus or van or car) direction and speed of the object and he drives accordingly. Where woman take a long time to recognize the object direction/ speed. Mans single process mind stops the audio in the car (if any), then concentrates only on driving.

5. LYING (absolutely true! :P)
When men lie to women face to face, they get caught easily. Womans super natural brain observes facial expression 70%, body language 20% and words coming from the mouth 10%. Mens brain does not have this. Women easily lie to men face to face.
So guys, do not lie face to face.

6. PROBLEMS SOLVING (true)
If a man have a lot of problems, his brain clearly classifies the problems and puts them in individual rooms in the brain and then finds the solution one by one. You can see many guys looking at the sky for a long time. If a woman has a lot of problems, her brain can not classify the problems. she wants some one to hear that. After telling everything to a person she goes happily to bed. She does not worry about the problems being solved or not.

7. WHAT THEY WANT (true)
Men want status, success, solutions, big process, etc... But Women want relationship, friends, family, etc...

8. UNHAPPINESS (what's your opinion? :))
If women are unhappy with their relations, they can not concentrate on their work. If men are unhappy with their work, they can not concentrate on the relations.

9. SPEECH (blunt? Yes!)
Women use indirect language in speech. But Men use direct language.


10. HANDLING EMOTION (HAHA and yes its damn true! :))
Women talk a lot without thinking. Men act a lot without thinking.
