july has been real dull, especially for someone like me who expect more than that.
but, it is still not that bad. thanks to some drinking sessions, movie night, and spending time with my boyf.
august was, is and will be awesome.
first, we've celebrated my bff's 21st birthday at an Italian restaurant in ampang and went for a second round for karaoke session until 3:30am?
weiming's 21st ♥
raya trip back to melacca was nice. met my elder cousin's girlfriend and has a family reunion at my third aunt's place. three of us decided to go for percy jackson and the sea of monsters, and the good news spread to everyone that we had 15 of us in total. One cousin then gave a damn good suggestion, bring a disc to her place, and we could have some lovey-dovey cousin time with good makan session and save rm 195 on movie tickets (LOL) and yeah, we headed to her place on the next day, had good cousin time and makan everything she prepared. then the younger cousins (p/s: not eligible for riding a motorcycle or driving a vehicle yet) took the scooter and went for a ride. my sister was the rider and i became the pillion rider. (for the first time, she's fetching me, other than those car training session we had in my housing area). So, to avoid disappointed, I sent my sis and cousin alvira for the movie they've been dying to watch, AFTER we had a high tea at Equitorial hotel in Melacca. *satisfation*
at a good family friend place, aunty chee had roasted a chicken with many many many potatoes for me *happiness* and uncle had fried my favorite noodles.
second day of raya with afiq and iman :)
cute like minions :p

next was having my aunt and cousins coming over to duta vista condominium in damansara for a holiday. my sister and I went over for two days and had fun. my aunt's nasilemak was that good, that i ate three plates. hahaha
Then, was my awesome penang trip with my babes.
sue
you wouldn't believe the number of meals we had in a day. and yes, its sorta more to heavy meals.
but it was really really fun. traveling in a group, nothing to worry and nothing to bother. the only problem was the usual question people would throw around, 'where to eat?' and 'what to eat?'.
thankfully, my babe (joann ) had done a major preparation. hahaha. google-ing penang delicacies and other places where penangites would usually visit for mouth watering delicacies.
Day one.
In two white myvi, we gather at mcd and ate before leaving. On the way, we stopped by Bidor approximately at 7something and had their famous duck noodles. Here. thought I would be able to meet up with yeelim. Unfortunately, she's sleeping (as expected) haha. i mean, which teen would be awake at 7am right? continued the journey and reached penang about 11am. the apartment we took was well maintained, and fully air-conditioned (now that's the best part). our food hunting session begun with penang most famous laksa, somewhere nearby kek-lok-si temple, in a morning market area. i din't quite like it. diluted, and not sourish and not spicy. then we headed to kek-lok-si temple and do some sight seeing. penang hill was next. the view at the peak was beyond words. but the journey going up, was also beyond words for me -.- a friend of mine was working there, but for somewhat reason, i dint notice him :( then we headed for cendol, and fried kuewteow (the most expensive fried kuewteow i've eaten in my life: RM 8 for a hawker -.-) went back and freshen up before we headed to gurney drive for more food. haha. went to straits quay and saw many beautiful boats. and that was how our first day ended well - with food.
Day two.
Got up early for breakfast somewhere nearby straits quay area. then headed to bukit feringgi. if i live anywhere nearby a sea, i think i would probably go there once a week. the sea breeze and the splashing waves, was really soothing and calming. took a boat to monkey island, and ate at a nearby malay shop.
then we headed to a roadside hawker area for more food. then again, headed to 'green house' coffee shop for more prawn noodle. thanks to the congested roads with millions of car, one of the myvi couldn't get a parking and headed home. freshen up, and left for supper. 粥杰伦 in macalister road, opening hours from 6pm to 3am. and, thats how our second day ended well, again.
Day three.
Checked out at noon and went to Ghee Hiang, a famous tao sa pniah shop and bought boxes of it. then, headed for some hawker stalls near the jetty. the prawn mee i had was really good and cheap. rm3 and its GOOD. bought some curry puffs (it was good too) and left for Ipoh. Who wouldn't try the famous soya bean and tau fu fa that everyone has been saying about? and yes, it was DAMN GOOD. i wished i could had brought home some, but afraid it would spoil, i didn't :( ate their famous steam chicken with either oily rice or kuewteow soup, and waited for another car coming down from cameron. then, yay. we have three white myvi now. haha. back in KL about 9pm, and had dinner in one of the seafood restaurants in ampang.
Overall, its a good trip
and I cant wait for the next :p
here are delicacies we had :D

Yesterday (210813), my parents and I planned a surprise party for my sis who has just turned 17. To make it hard for me, my sister decided not to attend tuition classes when my preparation were to be done when she's away. She sorta had a hint when a friend of hers accidentally leaked the secret, but tried covering it up. haha overall, she was a little surprise and im sure she had a great time with more than twenty friends coming over for the small party planned. she had so many lovely presents, and i personally like one of them. a minion-plush-toy, those with tiny beads inside. hahaha dad, mom and I gave her a tablet and im sure she loved it very much.
and, my phone, a christmas present two years back, has finally decided to die on me. so, it is time to get a new one. Got myself an affordable android, and im not liking it yet, because its huge, and i cant type as fast as i used to be. sigh. give me sometime, and i will know it like the back of my hand.
Until now, everyone in august has been perfect. and im sure for the remaining 9 days, will be good too before i have to start packing to return back to where im suppose to be for the next two years :( boyf will be back soon and we will be going for a day trip to somewhere for a special occasion
